HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
All NV Jewellery orders are processed within two business days and shipped to your doorstep within 10 to 21 days.
Custom orders may require up to 14 days of additional processing time, depending on the complexity of jewellery customization.
WHAT IS THE FREE SHIPPING POLICY?
NV Jewellery offers shipping service free of charge for all Canadian Provinces within 10 to 21 days. The tracking number will be sent to your email once we ship your order delivery. Express shipping is also available at checkout for an additional cost of 29.99$ to receive order in 3 to 5 days.
Worldwide shipping: We ship internationally for free on orders over 1500$ without compromising the safety of your order. With our confidential FedEx priority fully-insured parcel, your NV Jewellery order is shipped to you safely, always gift wrapped in our elegant gift box. For international orders under 1500$, there is a 90$ flat fee charged for shipping cost.

Your order is exclusively sent with confidential FedEx priority fully-insured shipping.
We require a signature upon delivery of your order.
We don’t ship to PO boxes.
Post Canada & FedEx allows you to track your package until it gets to you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send out an email notification on the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s address.
Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Please check your SPAM or Junk mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add email@example.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox. We know you will certainly want to know when your jewelry is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan accordingly.
CAN I GET MY RING RESIZED AFTER MY PURCHASE?
Our one time ring resizing is offered for free for 90 days from the date of receipt but all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and resizing must go through our customer service department prior to being shipped to receive a confirmation number.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ?
We feel pretty confident that you’ll love your purchase at NV Jewellery, But … just in case you don’t absolutely LOVE your Jewellery, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the shipping date, and well be happy to arrange an exchange or refund. Custom orders are excluded from this policy.
All you need to do is call (438) 397-9306 to obtain a Return
Authorization number (“RA number”).
Packing your order:
Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials and documents, including the return form, packing slip and the diamond certificate in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
Shipment and Insurance:
Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your package. For your protection, please
ensure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached NV Jewellery. NV Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Your return or exchange can be shipped back to NV Jewellery by the carrier of your choice.

We must receive your returned item(s) within 30 days of the original shipping date. If we receive your item within 45 days of the date of shipping, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense. We trust you, but will still need to inspect the item upon receipt– just to make sure — before we issue a refund or exchange. Of course, if the item has been re-sized, altered or damaged, or obviously used, we won’t be able to offer you that refund or exchange and will have to return it to you (at your expense).
We will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item. NV Jewellery will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping**, handling, and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original
purchase. Refunds of online purchases will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.
** If an order shipped to the customer is defective, then NV Jewellery will reimburse shipping and handling up to a maximum of $15, ( For higher shipping amount necessary to obtaining early confirmation of NV Jewellery customer service.
Conditions of return
A. Packages without a return authorization number and the form properly filled in will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the shipper.
B. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you from NV Jewellery within 30 days of the day that you received it). Orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund.
C. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
D. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
E. No returns or exchanges on items purchased on discount.
F. If the items are damaged in transit to NV Jewellery due to insufficient packaging the items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

At NV Jewellery we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our jewelry. We strive to assure you are completely satisfied with all of your purchases—whether it is a special gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself, we want you to be happy. If your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or a workmanship issue, we will repair or replace the item at no charge within 30 days from the time we receive it.
Our professional team inspects each piece of jewelry before shipment to assure that the quality and workmanship of all of our products meet NV Jewellery's high standards because we want you to be a satisfied customer. If your purchase requires a repair or resize, all you have to do is securely ship your item(s) to us, and we will repair or replace the jewellery. All repairs and replacements done under warranty due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect are free of charge and we will also return your jewellery back to you for free. To comply with our warranty, NV Jewellery must exclusively handle all repairs. In order to determine which claims are valid under our warranty and to determine the source of the defect, we must see the item ourselves. Any third party alterations or repairs will void the warranty.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
All repairs, service or alterations done by a jeweller other than NV Jewellery ;Any damage due to accidents, abuse, misuse, mishandling and/or contact with chemicals, fire or other harsh external forces;Rhodium plating on white gold jewellery (rhodium plating is not permanent);Loss of the brilliance of a diamond (careful cleaning is the best way to keep diamonds looking brilliant);Normal wear and tear or ageing
Exclusions & Limitations
One of the things that set NV Jewellery apart as an exclusive jewellery boutique is that we offer a 90-day manufacturing and craftsmanship warranty on all of our jewellery. Although largely inclusive, this warranty does come with a few exclusions. Diamonds are the hardest gems—but despite their durability, they can be damaged by improper care. With proper care, your diamonds and other jewellery will last for your lifetime and beyond. To avoid damage, treat you’re fine jewellery with respect and remove it for safe storage when performing physical tasks or using harsh chemicals where it may be damaged.
Our warranty does not cover centre stones or jewellery damaged from physical or chemical abuse but if you do happen to damage your jewellery we recommend that you return the item to us for repair. We offer exclusive service and reduced rates to our valued customers. We strongly recommend you insure your precious jewellery with an independent insurance company or include them in your home insurance policy, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The following items are not considered defective and are not covered under our warranty:
Soldering, chain soldering, special finish requests, re-casting, and lost earring backs. NV Jewellery is unable to accept any returns of custom-made jewellery but custom-made rings are included in our 90 days resizing warranty. NV Jewellery is not responsible for shipping, insurance, customs fees or any other charges you may incur in sending warrantied items for repair or replacement. Return secure shipping is included on repaired replaced jewellery at no charge provided that you followed the appropriate process of contacting us prior to shipping defective jewellery.
